At hclat, we believe every piece of art carries its own story. But if your piece doesn’t feel right for you, we understand — and we’re here to help.
You have 14 days to request a return
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in its original condition – unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

The return address will be provided via email once your return is approved.
Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first.
When we can’t accept returns
We’re unable to accept returns if:

More than 14 days have passed since delivery.

The item has been used or damaged.

The item was a custom-made or personalized order.
Return shipping costs

If your item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

If you simply changed your mind, return shipping will be at your expense.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us.
